This class will allow you to enjoy the festival more deeply, then carry that joy forward into everyday life. Learn to experience life more fully with love, fun, lightness, and happiness in your everyday waking consciousness! In this class we’ll use breath to clean the subconscious mind of trauma, attachment, and conditioning so we can have less stress and anxiety. Let’s let go of what no longer serves you and heal so we can unlock our full potential and choose how we feel, regardless of external circumstance.  No experience is needed, come as you are.
